*UK includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey. Some destinations may take longer than 48 hours for First Class delivery. All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail recorded services and will require a signature on arrival. We endeavour to process all orders placed before 2pm for the same day dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on all full priced items within 21 days of delivery. Please note earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. We kindly ask that items are returned in their original unused and re-saleable condition. We will not be able to accept items with any indication of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to exchange for another size please get in touch and we will do our best to reserve this for you.
To complete a return, fill in the returns form that came with your order and place this inside your parcel with your items. We have included our return address at the base of this form. Cut this off, attach and return to us.
As a small independent business we are sadly unable to cover the postage cost of returned goods.
The responsibility for any returned items lies with the customer until it is received by Sojourn, so we do recommend a Recorded Delivery method. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, the sender will need to provide signed proof of delivery for a full refund or exchange to be completed.
You will be notified by email once returned goods have been received by us and the refund processed. We aim to process returns within 1-2 working days. Refunds may take 2-3 days to appear on your bank statement.

For all faulty items or returns past the 21 day return period please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return advice. Please note on our jewelry items we cannot take responsibility for chains breaking, chains are very delicate and need to be treated with care.
